Custom features such as stalactites offer the commercial gyms some extra added features that attract customers and add a new dimension to existing climbing walls.
I've made a conscious decision to

• make each feature unique rather than from a mould
• apply the finish coat on last so as to blend colours rather than makethe feature one tone
• design the feature so that they can be recoated at any time when they look worn and flat, not possible with mould produced resin

Currently three options are available each feature custom made to your requirements.
Using three different styles a roof is transformed into a Thai style stalactite cave scenario. Internal corner leading to the roof, a free hanging stalactite in the middle of the roof, and an external "nose" on the lip of the roof.
Width length and depth are all made to measure so that a correct sense of proportion can be maintained. The centre Stalactite is designed to be rotated to change the aspect with up to 8 different positions.
Because the features are all custom made angles other than 90° can be catered for.
The features are carved then coated with resin and glass with a final texture coating on the outside. Because the texture is applied last the features can be recoated so as to keep them looking new and maintain a grippy finish. Costs to recoat will be reasonably priced to maintain ongoing customer support.
